Altasciences in Montreal, QC, is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician Level II to oversee maintenance across sites, perform HVAC preventative work, and support renovations. You will coordinate with external suppliers and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, bilingual French/English, basic plumbing/painting skills, and a valid driver's license; travel between Montreal and Laval sites may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• 2–4 years of related maintenance experience.
• Bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and critical systems.
• Assist with site visits and arrange service calls as needed.
• Manage on-call rotation and emergency help line (24/7).
• Perform basic plumbing, painting, drywall, lighting replacement, and ceiling tile work.
• Move furniture and assist in repairs and events setup.
