Job summary

Mirion Technologies (IST Canada) ULC in Cambridge, ON is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the total upkeep, safety, and reliability of the Cambridge site. You will own preventive maintenance for critical production assets and lead a hands-on maintenance team of millwrights and contractors.

In partnership with Operations, Engineering and Finance you will drive long-range capacity planning, lean improvements, and capital projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe working

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Certified Millwright credential, or hands-on millwright experience.
• 7+ years in industrial facilities and equipment maintenance, including hands-on millwright work.
• Experience defining and executing preventive maintenance programs for industrial process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own preventive maintenance program for critical production assets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Manage relationships with outside contractors and service providers.
• Lead EH&S and JHSC activities for the site.
• Develop capital expenditure recommendations with ROI justification.
• Collaborate on facility layout, capacity planning, and infrastructure growth.
