Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage the facility’s operations budget
  • Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment
  • Ensure infection control
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Perform financial calculations (costing and budgeting)
  • Help with scheduling and workflow
Qualifications
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate
  • Experience: 1‑2 years in environmental management or related field
  • Proficiency in facility operations budgeting and maintenance
  • Strong problem‑solving skills for equipment and infrastructure issues
