About This Team

The Store Facilities Team is an integral part of lululemon, ensuring that our stores are kept in luxury condition for our guests. We take pride in accomplishing all levels of work, and being a key resource for our stores and cross-functional partners. This team responds quickly to emergencies as they arise, while balancing the day-to-day upkeep of our retail environments; we work hard, and live to make things better!

Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the Retail Facilities Manager, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Store Facilities team through various admin tasks such as invoicing, reporting, asset management and upkeep, and helping to maintain our work tools and resources. This role contributes to the team’s success by providing clear, accurate information for daily use, and creating and maintaining efficiencies for the Facilities team to troubleshoot issues within our stores.

  • Consolidates and submits weekly Invoices
  • Facilitates the reconciliation of all utility invoices
  • Maintains store records and asset lists
  • Maintains and creates training and process documents
  • Performs regular reporting on performance stats
  • Reviews of Planned Maintenance reports to ensure SLAs are met
Qualifications
  • Preferred 1 year experience in facilities maintenance
  • Working knowledge of retail environment
  • Versatile with capacity and capabilities to manage multiple workstreams
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet
  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, and dependable
  • Possess organizational and time management ability
  • Excellent team player, and capability to work independently
  • Superb communication skills – verbal and written
  • Proactive and solution oriented

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300 - $72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
