A leading fitness company in Winnipeg is seeking a Facilities & Club Openings Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from planning to launch. The ideal candidate will drive vendor coordination, manage procurement, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Candidates should possess a post-secondary diploma in a relevant field with 3-5 years of project management experience, as well as a passion for fitness and wellness. As part of Altea’s growth, you’ll lead the delivery of new club openings, operational project, manage vendor coordination and procurement, and oversee CapEx execution. Every project will bring new challenges — and the opportunity to shape the spaces and experiences that define our brand.
You’ll keep multiple workstreams in motion, from vendor relationships and purchase orders to timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
