Qualifications

• Previous leadership position experience, or a willingness to progress into a leadership position.

• Experience in custodial or light maintenance roles is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support, train, and coach the Facilities cleaning team.
• Perform established cleaning duties in guest and team member areas.
• Maintain garbage collection areas and facilitate an effective recycling program.
• Preform minor painting and plumbing duties.
• Coordinate daily and weekly employee schedules and breaks.
