  • Arc welding experience is preferred.

As our demand grows, we're looking to add a Fabrication Shop Assistant to our team. The Role:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, based out of our fabrication shop in Guelph, ON
  • Assist the fabrication team with cutting, grinding, and preparing components and materials
  • Assist with light welding, tacking, and fitting
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fabrication area
  • Support inventory, deliveries, and other general shop duties, as required
Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role - industrial, construction, manufacturing, or multi-trade environments considered an asset
  • Experience operating basic hand and power tools (grinders, drills, metal-cutting tools, etc.)
  • Arc welding experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
