F&B Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager

Assist in generating leads and securing sales for F&B outlets, private dining, and events (e.g., weddings, corporate gatherings, social functions).

Respond to sales inquiries and follow up with potential clients to convert leads into bookings.

Support in preparing proposals, quotations, and event packages tailored to client needs.

Maintain client databases, track communications, and ensure timely follow-ups to drive repeat business.

Conduct site tours and presentations to prospective clients in the absence or support of the Sales Manager.

Event Coordination Support

Collaborate with clients to gather event details, requirements, and preferences.

Liaise with the culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure all event details are clearly communicated and executed smoothly.

Prepare event function sheets, timelines, and coordination documents.

Support onsite coordination during events when needed to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Marketing Support

Assist in the execution of F&B marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and vendors to produce marketing materials for F&B offerings and events.

Help manage content for social media, website, and e-mail marketing related to F&B promotions and events.

Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and assist in gathering analytics and feedback.

Reporting & Administration

Maintain updated sales and events calendar.

Assist in preparing sales reports, client feedback summaries, and post-event evaluations.

Track competitors' F&B offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies to provide input on market trends.

Ensure all documents, contracts, and approvals are properly filed and archived.

Internal Coordination

Attend internal meetings to communicate upcoming events and special bookings.

Support in coordination between departments (e.g., kitchen, service, finance) to ensure alignment on client expectations.

Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Manager as required.

Requirement :

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role within the F&B, hospitality, or event industry.

Proven experience in event coordination, group sales, or private dining bookings.

Hands-on exposure to both B2B and B2C F&B sales is advantageous.

Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.

High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.

Basic skills in digital marketing, social media platforms, and content coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience in using Canva or similar tools is a plus.
