Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences in our local store. You will help customers select frames, discuss lenses and coatings, conduct measurements, and maintain a welcoming, organized environment.

We value strong communication, a retail mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with opticians and teammates to meet sales goals and ensure high-quality service for every patient and customer who walks in.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑Motivator with ability to multi-task and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
