A leading professional services firm in Montreal seeks a Corporate Law Clerk to provide clients with quality legal service, focusing on corporate law advisory. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of legal support experience, excellent bilingual communication skills, and is detail-oriented. As a Corporate Law Clerk with EY Law LLP, you will provide our clients with quality service. Our team delivers commercial, corporate and partnership law advisory services, including corporate due diligences, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, transfer pricing and drafting commercial contracts.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and team-oriented environment. Able to multi-task and manage a variety of concurrent projects. A high level of professionalism and the ability to appropriately manage sensitive and confidential information.
