• Previous experience in aluminum or other metal industry considered an asset.
• Understand written and verbal directions.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation of the Extrusion Press and Auxiliary Equipment is safe and efficient.
• Perform and record all required quality checks.
• Extrude order as scheduled or authorized by Process Chargehand.

Previous experience as an aluminum extrusion press operator

Ability to read and interpret Die drawings
