Job summary

Inspiretci is seeking an Operations team member for our Ontario plant. You will be responsible for operating feed, extrusion equipment, and related processes to ensure safe, efficient production. The role involves completing paperwork, handling HMI systems, and supporting quality control through sampling and data entry.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Operate feed system equipment and complete related paperwork.
• Operate extrusion HMI systems and extrusion equipment as required.
• Operate slinky/conveyor/tunnel equipment and associated tasks.
• Operate board sampling and testing equipment and perform data entry.
• Complete paperwork and data entry requirements for quality control.
• Operate quality control HMI systems and lab equipment.
• All other duties as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Extruder Operations:

• Be able to operate feed system equipment and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to complete paperwork requirements and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to operate extrusion HMI systems and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to operate extrusion equipment and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to operate slinky/conveyor/tunnel equipment and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to operate emergency stops and perform all associated tasks.

Quality Control Operations:

• Be able to operate board sampling equipment and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to operate board testing equipment and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to complete paperwork/data entry requirements and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to operate quality control HMI systems and perform all associated tasks.
• Be able to operate lab bar coder equipment and perform all associated tasks.

All other duties as may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Manufacturing min 1 year
