The Opportunity

Join our dynamic External Relations team and drive impact across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. In this role, you will ensure financial discipline and operational efficiency across the External Relations’ department, including strategic initiatives and programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cost tracking, budget forecasting & reporting, invoice management and administrative coordination.

What You'll Do
Operations Management
  • Monitor and report on operating and capital expenditures across External Relations’ portfolios.
  • Support budget planning cycles, including Operations, Management and Administration(OM&A) forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Track and control OM&A costs, ensuring expenditures are aligned with approved budgets.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that drive smart, data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams to ensure alignment with corporate targets and cost optimization.
Administrative
  • Manage invoice processing for External Relations’ programs to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing and alignment with financial governance.
  • Monitor and track corporate donation budgets across Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, providing accurate forecasting and reporting of community investment activities.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Policy, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or administrative support roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial systems (e.g., Dynamics 365).
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, detail-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement or external relations is an asset.
