Volleyball Canada is inviting coaches from across the country to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to join Canada’s high-performance coaching network. This initiative will help build a comprehensive pool of qualified coaches for future national team opportunities across indoor, beach, and sitting volleyball.
The EOI process is open to coaches who are passionate about contributing to athlete development at the highest level. Roles may include head coach and assistant coach positions:
“This nationwide call marks a key step in strengthening our high-performance pathways,” said Kerry MacDonald, Chief of Sport, Volleyball Canada. “By building a centralized pool of highly qualified coaches with national team aspirations, we can ensure Canada’s athletes have access to excellent coaching, while better identifying, supporting, and developing top coaches across the country.”
Available coaching positions change annually and will vary by discipline and program. Also please note that submitting an EOI does not guarantee selection, but it is required for consideration. Coaches will have an annual opportunity to submit or update their EOI, helping ensure the coaching database remains current. Additional job postings may still occur, with coaches in the database being actively encouraged to apply.
Volleyball Canada is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion in all respects, including hiring a workforce that is reflective of the diverse population of Canada with respect to age, gender, ethnicity, religion, ability, sexual orientation, education and culture. We actively encourage applications from persons who identify as women, indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, LGBTQ2S+ individuals, and members of visible minorities. Self-identification by candidates is completely voluntary.
