Job summary

A leading logistics company in Vancouver seeks a Customer Service Representative for their Documentation department. The role involves coordinating export documentation, ensuring timely issuance of invoices, and demonstrating strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided for candidates with limited documentation experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in shipping and/or export documentation is an asset, but not mandatory (will train).
  • Excellent computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Timely coordination of documentation required under the export bookings.
  • Obtain bill of lading information from customers/Traffic team.
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is included with the bill of lading.
