Qualifications

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and process End-User Statements, export permits, and licenses for Canadian and international transactions.
• Prepare and submit re-export and re-transfer authorizations for U.S.-origin products through the U.S. Department of State and Department of Commerce.
• Collaborate with project and program teams to ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place throughout contract lifecycles.
• Manage the Export Controls Online (EXCOL) platform, including permit applications, reporting, and advisory opinions.
• Support compliance monitoring, risk assessments, and mitigation activities to ensure adherence to export regulations.

As an Export Control Specialist, you will be part of the Trade Compliance Department supporting the global space missions. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Export Control Specialist (ITAR, EAR & Trade Compliance)

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Range: Up to$120K/Year (Depending upon experience)

What's the Job?
