Critical Discoveries - Collaborative Exploration is seeking a senior leader in geology with a P. Geo. designation or eligibility, bringing 10+ years of mineral exploration experience and a proven track record in managing exploration budgets and field programs.

Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Experience in a senior management role and familiarity with Indigenous engagement and permitting processes will be highly

• Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) designation or eligibility for registration.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior management and leadership role.
