Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced project leaders from top strategy firms to help train an AI model on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slides across key workflows, including deck architecture and executive synthesis.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, starting ASAP. Compensation is $100 per hour.

Qualifications

• 5+ years at a top strategy firm (MBB) with team leadership at PM level.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Oversee deck architecture, storyline reviews, and executive-level synthesis.
• Prepare steering committee presentations and partner-ready deliverables.
• Ensure quality control of team-produced slides and deliverables.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced project leaders from top strategy consulting firms who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.

We're looking for project leaders with 5+ years at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain) to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: deck architecture, storyline reviews, executive-level synthesis, steering committee presentations, quality control of team-produced slides, and partner-ready deliverables.

Compensation: $100/hour

Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)

Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule

Start date: ASAP
