The Role

As an Experimentation Consultant you will work closely with the Sr. Experimentation Consultant Account Lead and the Digital Programs team to identify revenue growth opportunities, propose solutions to increase client online conversion rates, and help our clients answer key business questions through experimentation and data.

Externally you will support the Sr. Experimentation Consultant on target accounts and are responsible for the execution and delivery of work for clients. You will be responsible for overall client success and satisfaction through proactive client communication, relationship management, expectation setting, and positive experiment & program results by executing research hypothesis ideation, prioritization, strategy, and analysis. You will be counted on to manage ongoing experimentation programs, including the crafting and presentation of intriguing stories and actionable recommendations through data and insights from experiments.

Internally you will report to a Sr. Experimentation Consultant. You will work with the account team, including Digital Programs, to deliver value to the client while maintaining profitability through internal innovation.

Experimentation Strategy & Technical Expertise
  • Overall client success, satisfaction and retention through positive Experimentation results.
  • Research & interpret data, run statistical calculations, draw conclusions, and pitch actionable strategies, results and insights to a wide variety of client stakeholders and senior management.
  • In-depth technical understanding of Experimentation in order to create technically feasible experiments.
  • Present insights & results with engaging storytelling to executive stakeholders (remotely & in‑person) in order to secure their assurance in Conversion.
  • Develop and plan experimentation roadmaps by analyzing large and detailed data sets to identify the biggest areas for improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Maintain an advanced understanding of conversion drivers including user research, data analytics, neuro‑marketing, persuasion principles and business context.
Account & Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain & continually increase understanding of the client’s organizational goals for Experimentation within each engagement.
  • Work with Digital Programs team and Sr. Experimentation Consultant to build personal relationships with clients, becoming trusted partners in order to secure our expertise in all client needs.
  • Collaborate with Digital Programs and Sr. Experimentation Consultant in the planning and development of Executive Business Reviews, Insights and Results.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, review and obtain input at key stages and make judgment calls on input to ensure continued alignment and transparency.
  • Help identify growth and expansion opportunities within client engagements.
  • Support the Digital Programs team and Sr. Experimentation Consultant to drive the account direction to ultimately ensure client success and account stability.
Requirements
  • Post‑secondary education degree preferably in Marketing or Business or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years experience at an interactive or marketing agency in client management or an in‑house client‑side digital marketing role.
  • Direct experience in leading strategy and/or client relationships on successful client projects and/or engagements.
  • Experience or a working understanding of web & digital A/B testing.
  • Experience building reports and analyzing data in multiple Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Heap, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.) and other digital research tools such as Content Square, Clarity, Quantum Metrics, Full Story, Hotjar, Clicktale, CrazyEgg, etc.
  • Working understanding or experience in web development (HTML / CSS).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort communicating with clients and prospects at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong working understanding or direct experience in web development (HTML / CSS / JS) as it relates to experiment feasibility and scoping.
  • A strong EQ and adaptability in communication style as the situation requires.
  • Some travel is expected for this position—around 10% of the time.
  • Must be able to travel the US.

Pay range - The typical hiring range for this role is $82,000 - $90,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. Base pay will be determined based on role‑related skills, knowledge and experience.
