Qualifications

• 1–3 years of coordination or administrative experience in tradeshow or related field.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a strong asset.
• Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients.
• Able to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Works collaboratively and takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in preparing project schedules and task lists.
• Track project progress in Asana or similar PM software.
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support logistics planning for tradeshows and installations.
• Help maintain project budgets and track expenses.
