Qualifications
- 1–3 years of coordination or administrative experience in tradeshow or related field.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management software is a strong asset.
- Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients.
- Able to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Works collaboratively and takes initiative.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in preparing project schedules and task lists.
- Track project progress in Asana or similar PM software.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support logistics planning for tradeshows and installations.
- Help maintain project budgets and track expenses.
