We are looking for established teams for various routes into the United States.

Dedicated Route, New Dedicated trucks, no touch freight.

FAST cards required.

About the position
  • PTO Policy: 10 days of paid time off in your first year (in addition to regular vacation pay).
  • Fast Card and 9 months experience required
  • 2 years experience in the last 5 years preferred.
  • Delay pay: starts after 30 minutes, and drop fees. You are always getting paid!

Essential Functions
  • Operate a single or tandem axle truck (tractor‑trailer combination unit) for the purpose of picking up and/or delivering freight from customer, supplier and/or Company locations within U.S. and Canada.
  • Complete documentation pertaining to driving and delivery duties (i.e., logbook, equipment inspection reports, records distance traveled, verifies and completes customer paperwork).
  • Oversee all functions of the vehicle, such as condition of equipment and loading/unloading of freight.
  • Unload freight picked up from customer and/or company locations utilizing material handling equipment when required.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Able to work with minimum supervision required.
  • Must be able to drive in all-weather conditions required.
  • Must have customer service/delivery experience required.
  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Working using health and safety methods required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) required.
  • Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast‑paced environment required.
  • Capable of multi‑tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills required.

Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma/GED preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 9 months verifiable experience in commercial driving required.
  • Must not have more than one moving violation or accident (anything other than parking) in the last 12 months required.
  • Must be able to drive a delivery truck with a standard transmission advanced required.
  • Should have knowledge of the English language advanced required.
  • Be able to read maps and follow verbal geographic directions and function with a GPS or RydeSmart advanced required.
  • Valid Driver's License (AZ/Class 1) with air brake endorsement for license required.
  • Valid Fast Card required.

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long‑term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type: Hourly

Minimum Pay Range: $85,000

Maximum Pay Range: $110,000
