Job summary

Marble Art Canada Ltd. in Burnaby seeks a full-time Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial stone installation projects. You will lead crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every project.

The ideal candidate will manage crews, read blueprints, and perform on-site measurements, converting them to shop drawings using SketchUp or CAD. A strong leader with safety awareness and reliable performance is essential for this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential and commercial construction and/or stone installation projects.
• Knowledge of natural stone and manmade stone, masonry, or related exterior finishes is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Solid understanding of construction practices and job site safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• First Aid and safety certifications are considered an asset.

We are a well-established, family-run manufacturer/fabricator company in Burnaby (near Brentwood Mall) known for the excellence of our workmanship and installations, looking for a full-time hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee residential and commercial stone installation projects. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing crews, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on every project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations on projects.
• Be able to take on-site measurements and convert to shop drawings using either
• Sketchup or CAD
• Lead and coordinate installation crews and subcontractors.
• Schedule materials, equipment, and deliveries to ensure projects stay on track.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship
• Read construction drawings and project specifications.
• Communicate with homeowners, builders and project managers.
• Identify and resolve job site issues efficiently.
