Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and manage a high-performing remote sales team across multiple regions
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the BPO and call center space
- Foster long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in BPO sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing remote sales teams and achieving aggressive targets
- Strong understanding of BPO services, customer service, and outsourcing models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
