Job summary

CSL Group Ltd. is a family-based company in Durham Region, Whitby, Ontario, dedicated to safety, humility and growth. The landscaper will perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, sodding and turf management, with the ability to operate mowers, tractors, sod cutters and pruning saws.

A valid G license and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Job Duties:

• Minimum 2 years experience in landscaping
• Experience in general grounds keeping including but not limited to: cutting, trimming, maintaining flower beds, planting, sodding, turf management, etc.
• Able to operate basic landscaping equipment including but not limited to: mowers, tractors, sod cutters, pruning saws, etc.
• Able to perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning daily
• A willingness to learn, demonstrated initiative, ability to make decisions based on sound judgment
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb, bend, dig, etc.
• Must-Have G License
• Comply with all company policies and regulations
