Responsibilities

• Remain knowledgeable in all installation techniques for all product installs.
• Complete installations/ service requirements/ cuttings and preparations at a level that is acceptable to the owner.
• Report any and all issues, deficiencies, damages, errors, etc. as they are discovered.

The LEAD TECHNICIAN is a technician with a high level of knowledge and quality of work output. The LEAD TECHNICIAN is responsible for upholding The Glass Shop’s high standards of workmanship and service on all projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Remain knowledgeable in all installation techniques for all product installs
• Participate in education and training opportunities as available, to increase job knowledge
• Complete installations/ service requirements/ cuttings and preparations at a level that is acceptable to the owner
• Report any and all issues, deficiencies, damages, errors, etc. as they are discovered
• Work with the administration team to improve work flows
