Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network (DFSIN) Southwestern Ontario is seeking experienced Financial Advisors and Financial Planners who are looking for greater independence, business growth opportunities, and the support of a nationally recognized organization.

As an independent advisor, you'll maintain control of your practice while gaining access to a broad multi-supplier platform, business development resources, advanced technology, and a collaborative network dedicated to advisor

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience as a Financial Advisor or Financial Planner.
  • Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering value.
  • Mutual Funds Licence (IFIC or CSC) required.
  • LLQP licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow your advisory practice.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver financial planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions.
  • Conduct ongoing client reviews and needs assessments.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and professional standards.
