About This Opportunity :

As our Concrete Superintendent, you\'ll oversee all phases of concrete construction from planning to completion. You\'ll lead diverse projects including commercial flatwork, residential foundations, decorative walls, and infrastructure work throughout the Waterloo Region. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on technical work and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct crews through complex flatwork installations including slabs, sidewalks, and specialized surfaces.
• Oversee foundation and retaining wall construction ensuring structural excellence.
• Manage concrete forming, layout, and finishing operations to meet exacting specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain seamless workflow.

Quality & Safety Excellence

• Implement and monitor curing processes for optimal concrete strength and longevity.
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality control throughout all project phases.
• Champion our comprehensive safety program and maintain zero-incident job sites.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and building codes.
