Job summary

WSP is seeking a Change Management Specialist/ Project Manager to help clients navigate workplace modernization, relocations, and hybrid work programs. You will blend strategic consulting with hands‑on delivery, driving adoption and organizational readiness. The role balances change leadership with project support across Canada.

You will partner with executives and teams, develop change strategies, and lead workshops and stakeholder interviews. Travel across Canada is required as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading change management initiatives within workplace, organizational, business, or digital transformation environments.
  • Demonstrated project management experience delivering medium- to high‑complexity projects and programs.
  • Expertise developing change strategies, impact assessments, readiness assessments, communications plans, training programs, and adoption frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions.
  • Ability to develop client‑ready proposals, project approaches, methodologies, scopes of work, budgets, and presentations.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, employees, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Change Management certification such as Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent is considered an asset.
  • PMP designation, workplace strategy, corporate real estate, facilities management, or organizational development experience is an asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Canada as required.

  • Identify risks, resistance points, and operational impacts, implementing mitigation strategies that improve project outcomes.
  • Contribute to business growth by developing proposals, scopes of work, methodologies, and client‑facing presentations.
  • Flex into Project Management When Needed: Manage medium‑ to high‑complexity workplace projects including relocations, restacks, site activations, and vendor coordination.
  • Measure adoption success and recommend continuous improvements that help clients realize the full value of transformation investments.

As a Change Management Specialist/ Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients adapt, adopt, and thrive through workplace modernization initiatives, office relocations, hybrid work programs, organizational change, and business transformation projects. Working within our Project Management, Cost and Advisory team, you'll blend strategic consulting expertise with hands‑on project delivery, helping clients move confidently from change planning through implementation and adoption.

Approximately 75% of your time will focus on change management leadership, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption, and advisory services, while 25% will support project management and workplace project delivery. This allocation may flex based on client needs, project lifecycle, and business priorities.

  • Flex into Project Management When Needed: Step into medium‑ to high‑complexity workplace project delivery as required, including relocations, restacks, site activations, decommissions, vendor coordination, schedules, risks/issues, financial tracking, construction‑to‑operations, and operational readiness.
  • Measure adoption success and recommend continuous improvements that help clients realize the full value of transformation investments.

Compensation
  • AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
  • MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
  • NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
