Job summary

Aramco seeks a Lead Portfolio Manager to own portfolio governance, post-investment value realization, and performance accountability for diversified investments and joint ventures. The role demands extensive experience in value creation and strategic realignment within complex portfolios.

Relocation to Saudi Arabia as an expatriate is required, with an emphasis on capital efficiency, EBITDA growth, and long-range planning aligned to Aramco standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years in Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, direct investments, or investment banking with value-creation and turnaround experience.
Experience in the Middle East or emerging markets is a plus.
Must be able to relocate fully to Saudi Arabia as an expat.

Responsibilities

Continuously assess portfolio company performance against the investment thesis.
Develop and implement structured Value Creation Plans after investment close.
Monitor governance, capital efficiency, and board-level reporting.
Support Aramco-nominated Directors with analyses before meetings.
Identify growth, consolidation, or restructuring opportunities within the portfolio.
