Executive Secretary (except legal and medical)
Bear Country Inn Ltd. in Terrace, BC is seeking an Executive Secretary.
- Location: 4702 Lakelse Ave., Terrace, BC V8G 1R6 (On site)
- Salary: $36.60 to $37.60 per hour (Negotiable)
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Employment type: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years as an executive secretary or similar
- Aptitude to multitask
- Excellent oral communication
- Excellent written communication
- Organized and team player
