Executive Operations Manager (Law Firm)

Job description

Our client is a boutique law firm that provides individuals and businesses with a diverse range of legal services in corporate and business law, real estate, business/commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and property disputes. We are seeking an Executive Operations Manager to help lead the firm into a new phase of growth and development.

Your new role

In this role, you will work directly with the partners of the firm to manage all aspects of the firm’s operations. You will develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the firm. You will be empowered to structure, develop, supervise, and staff various departments, including marketing, human resources, accounting, office management, social media, and IT/tech support. You will provide strategic leadership and guidance to the firm’s leadership team, collaborate with senior partners to develop business plans and strategies, implement technology solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiencies, and analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

What you will need to succeed

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. The ability to multitask and take initiative to work independently is essential. A pleasant personality, professionalism, excellent organization, attention to detail, punctuality, and strong time and project management skills are also required.
