Jewish Federation of British Columbia (JFBC) seeks an Executive Director to lead JFVVI’s fundraising, strategy, and community engagement. This role oversees a lean team, partners with lay leaders, and represents the Federation to civic, interfaith, and government partners.

• Leadership experience in Federation, Jewish communal, nonprofit, or philanthropic settings is required.
• Experience fundraising, including major gifts at six figures or more.
• Experience working with a Board and leading volunteers and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the organization as lead strategist, fundraiser, and ambassador.
• Build and deepen donor relationships; lead Annual Campaign and diversify revenue.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and compliance in collaboration with the Board and JFBC.
• Foster volunteer leadership and strong governance partnerships.
• Represent the community to interfaith, government, and civic partners.
