Reporting to the Vice-President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer, the Executive Director, Corporate Services provides strategic and operational, leadership and oversight for regional programs and services, including Materials Management, Health Information Services, Support Services, Disaster Management/Security and Ancillary Services .
This Executive role is expected to set program priorities in alignment with organizational and provincial mandates, including implementation of provincially funded and mandated initiatives . Th e role is part of a collaborative organizational staff and management team and is expected to manage individual/portfolio performance, productivity and outcomes while maintaining a strong working relationship with staff, organizational leaders, community partners, provincial stakeholders, government agencies, and the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA) President/CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
The position of Executive Director functions in a manner consistent with, and supports the mission, vision and values of the IERHA.
