Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields (math, finance, engineering, economics, or statistics).
• 2-4 years in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or related teams.
• Strong analytical, Excel modeling, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate large multi-brand organizations.

Responsibilities

• Understand eligibility for the Annual Bonus Program and equity programs.
• Collaborate with brands/functions to identify KPIs and targets.
• Analyze compensation surveys and market data for program design.
• Use HR tech and analytics to streamline processes while maintaining reviews.
• Model pay-for-performance and financial impact.
