Job summary

A prominent golf service provider in Halton Hills is looking for an Executive Chef to manage Kitchen operations and lead a team in delivering high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities include supervising food operations, training the kitchen team, and adhering to financial targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of chef experience with a strong commitment to quality and creativity in culinary trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years experience working as a chef.
  • Strong health & safety and sanitation control knowledge.
  • Scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

  • Overall management and day to day running of Kitchen BOH operations.
  • Supervise and manage all food operations.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach during busy service times.

Education

Post secondary culinary training and completion of apprenticeship including certification
