Job description

We are looking for a customer-driven Condominium Property Manager to join the CIE Property Management & Consulting team!

Our Manager. One Property. Full-Time.

This is a dedicated, single-site role in the Guelph area. You will manage 1 condominium community on a full-time basis. There is no portfolio to juggle and no driving between buildings.

If you are a licensed manager who enjoys the work but is worn down by the portfolio pace, this role is worth a role.

Why This Role Is Different

  • 1 property and 1 Board of Directors. That means 1 meeting schedule, 1 budget and 1 AGM cycle.
  • Fewer evening meetings than a typical multi-site portfolio.
  • Your day is spent at one site. You get to know the building, the residents and the trades.
  • Time to be proactive. you can plan ahead and follow through, instead of reacting across several properties.
  • A more predictable week, and a better chance at real work-life balance.
