Qualifications

  • 2–3 years experience in a corporate environment providing support for senior‑level executives.
  • Excellent written and oral English language skills are required for this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to executives based in the United States.
  • Proactively manage executives’ calendars and communications.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and manage complex itineraries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and business-sensitive information.
  • Foster positive relationships with counterparts at client offices.
