The Chapman Group is assisting their respected law firm client in recruiting a personable highly organized and exceptional Executive Assistant to support a Senior Partner and Chief of Staff in providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced legal environment while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Manage complex schedules including court appearances, tribunal hearings and client meetings
  • Coordinate management meetings between the Senior Partner and Chief of Staff and provide strategic administrative support as required with management functions
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails and correspondence and prepare appropriate responses to the same when necessary
  • Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence and reports with precision
  • Maintain confidential files and ensure seamless day‑to‑day operations
What Youll Need (Qualifications)
  • Experienced professional with substantial executive support experience (legal environment preferred)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
