O2E Brands is the exciting fast‑growing parent company of 1-800-GOT-JUNK, WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, and Shack Shine. We're looking for a world‑class Executive Assistant to join our rockstar team in a full‑time 20‑month contract position.

This role requires a proactive, highly organized and detail‑oriented professional to manage the administrative, personal and professional affairs of Brian Scudamore, Founder & CEO. The ideal candidate is a true self‑starter who lives to anticipate needs, streamline complexity, and optimize the CEO's time, ensuring his day‑to‑day life runs with flawless efficiency.

Hybrid Work Environment

Vancouver‑based team members work in‑office every other week (Tuesday‑Thursday). Core attendance is required from 9 AM to 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

A Day in the Life : Core Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management & Optimization: manage a complex high‑volume calendar, schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, and ensure every invitation contains the necessary details.
  • Communication & Correspondence: serve as the CEO's proxy by managing email inboxes, drafting correspondence, and organizing all communication for fast and effective review; liaise with the social media team to ensure comments and direct messages are appropriately handled.
  • Travel Coordination: handle end‑to‑end travel logistics—including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation—adhering to the CEO's specific preferences and ensuring all itineraries are detailed in the calendar.
  • Financial & Administrative Support: process expense reports, manage invoices, and handle confidential personal financial tasks.
  • Project & Event Support: assist with logistics and administrative support for various projects and events (book launch, management company events, speaking engagements, and other PR activities).
  • Confidential Relationship Management: act as the professional liaison for key internal and external stakeholders, including the Leadership Team, family members, other executive assistants, and external organizations.
What You Bring to the Table

  • Detail‑Oriented & Meticulous: possess the organizational skills required to manage complex calendars, logistics, and high‑stakes projects flawlessly.
  • Experienced Professional: proven experience in an administrative or executive support capacity, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and autonomy.
  • Discreet and Trustworthy: exhibit utmost integrity and discretion when handling highly sensitive and confidential information related to business finances and the family.
  • Technology Fluency: proficient in G Suite/Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs) and comfortable adapting to new digital tools.
  • Master Communicator: exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly across diverse groups and summarize complex information for rapid executive review.
  • Adaptable & Resourceful: prioritize conflicting needs, navigate ambiguity, and find resourceful solutions independently to keep momentum moving forward.
Compensation &; Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity).
