Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in a non-profit environment is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Board minute-taking.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate communications and outreach for the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and assist during Board meetings.
