Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate events, tradeshows, and meetings.
- Track and manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Support team-wide initiatives and contribute to improving administrative processes.
