Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and integrity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate events, tradeshows, and meetings.
  • Track and manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Support team-wide initiatives and contribute to improving administrative processes.
