This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a competitive salary range of $49,125 to $81,875 CAD.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of administrative assistant experience with some project management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications and a proven ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior officers and representatives.
  • Excellent organizational skills including meeting planning coordination priority setting and task management.
  • Ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with excellent judgment discretion empathy and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to AVP and VP level staff.
  • Manage complex and frequently changing calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for foreign travel details.
  • Serve as the office manager for staff and assist with departmental events.
  • Communicate information between executives and internal/external contacts.
  • Manage assigned projects and assist in crafting draft presentations.
