Qualifications
- 2-5 years of administrative assistant experience with some project management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in all MS Office applications and a proven ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior officers and representatives.
- Excellent organizational skills including meeting planning coordination priority setting and task management.
- Ability to navigate complex and sensitive situations with excellent judgment discretion empathy and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced administrative support to AVP and VP level staff.
- Manage complex and frequently changing calendars and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for foreign travel details.
- Serve as the office manager for staff and assist with departmental events.
- Communicate information between executives and internal/external contacts.
- Manage assigned projects and assist in crafting draft presentations.
