(Temporary 15-month term)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8-hour days)

Dryden Fibre Canada is currently seeking an individual for a full-time temporary term from approximately October 2025 until January 2027.

Reporting to the Mill Manager, your role will be to support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) by coordinating meetings and calendars, compiling data and communications and providing executive-level administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule, prepare for, and coordinate meetings, training sessions and employee events.
  • Coordinate business travel for all employees.
  • Coordinate, order, and manage inventory levels of promotional material, branded apparel, etc.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the SLT while maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support the SLT and Communications Coordinator through organizing, setting up/tearing down for community events, mill events and celebrations.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years combined related work experience and/or post-secondary education in business/office administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management and organization skills to meet deadlines.
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to change in a dynamic environment.
  • A safety-oriented mindset with the desire to enforce and follow mill safety and environmental policies and procedures.
