The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to the LWDH Redevelopment Office, working closely with the Hospital project team under the direction of the Vice President, Capital Redevelopment. This role is an integral part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and will contribute to the effective coordination and execution of activities supporting the hospital’s redevelopment and transition to the new facility.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings and communications amongst internal and external stakeholders, including preparing and maintaining project documentation, and assisting with the organization of key planning activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and professionalism, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, evolving project environment.
