We are seeking a resourceful, high‑EQ Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO and keep the engine running smoothly in a high‑growth (pre‑IPO) fintech environment. You will orchestrate complex calendars, prioritize time ruthlessly, prepare agendas/briefs, capture decisions and action items, coordinate travel and expenses, and serve as a trusted gatekeeper with impeccable judgment and confidentiality. You’ll also drive follow‑through across teams turn recurring work into clean checklists/notes/templates and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
