Medfar is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the executive team. The role involves coordinating schedules, travel, and the preparation of documents and presentations in both French and English. You will manage confidential information with discretion and collaborate across HR and operations on special projects.
The position requires daily presence in the office and occasional after-hours work, with a focus on driving organizational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

As an Executive Assistant, you will support MEDFAR’s CEO, Elias Farah, as well as the executive team to facilitate presentations, board meetings and more when needed. Reporting to the CEO, you will participate in preparing, reviewing and assembling documents and presentations according to deadlines around strategic initiatives to enable MEDFAR’s growth.
