A national law firm is seeking an Executive Assistant & Partner Liaison to support the CEO. This in-office role in Victoria requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with 10+ years of experience in a similar position. The successful candidate will manage scheduling, communications, and various administrative tasks. Competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 plus benefits offered.

We have a strong national presence with deep roots in Aboriginal law, and now we’re seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant & Partner Liaison (EAP) to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to the CEO and our law firm’s governance committees from our office located in Victoria B.C.
You will be the main point of contact for strategic collaboration and communication between the CEO and the Firm’s governance committee. The EAP is a key liaison role for achieving balance of the primary responsibilities and tasks of the CEO with Firm Partners. Primary responsibilities and tasks will include various modes of communication (email, phone, meeting minutes, video calls, etc.).
The EAP will also perform other administrative tasks that support the firm's senior leadership to stay effective, efficient, and connected.
