The Role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive and strategic support to the Office of the CEO at GeoComply. This isn't just an administrative role; it's a critical partnership for someone who thrives on ensuring operational excellence and seamless executive coordination. You'll need exceptional organizational skills, unwavering attention to detail, and the ability to proactively navigate and excel within our ambiguous, hyper‑growth environment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with impeccable communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and a proven ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, global setting. You'll enable the Office of the CEO to focus entirely on high‑level strategy and decision‑making by seamlessly managing his demanding schedule and complex operational requirements. This unique opportunity allows you to work closely with a visionary leader at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and optimize dynamic and ever‑changing calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, conferences, and personal appointments, while anticipating and resolving conflicts.
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries, ensuring seamless transitions and adherence to travel policies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing communications (emails, calls, messages) and drafting professional correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the Office of the CEO.
  • Prepare agendas, pre‑reading materials, and presentations for meetings. Attend meetings as required, take comprehensive notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Managing the workflow of confidential and time‑sensitive materials requiring executive approval.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance executive workflows and administrative processes, specifically exploring and implementing new AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency and streamline routine tasks.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain highly confidential files, documents, and information, ensuring easy retrieval and strict adherence to privacy protocols.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products, technologies, organizational priorities, and teams to provide context‑aware support.
  • Assisting with other ad‑hoc administrative and project requirements as needed.

Salary: $76,000 – $104,000 a year
