A forward-thinking education institution in Toronto seeks an Executive Assistant to support the COO by managing administrative tasks and contributing to strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a career college setting and strong executive support skills. Location: Primarily based in Toronto, must be available to travel

Reports To: COO, Academy of Learning Career College and Co-Founder, OEG
Employment Type:Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm, evenings and weekends as needed
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000/yr

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the COO and Co-Founder, ensuring effective coordination of executive priorities, projects, and communications across the organization. This role requires high strategic acumen and proven executive support skills, along with the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the organizations long-term goals.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting executive operations, ministry compliance, admissions processes, and cross-departmental initiatives while gaining exposure to strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational management.
