A career as an Executive Assistant in the Corporate and Investment Banking group at National Bank means acting as a trusted partner between our executives and stakeholders. This role allows you to provide support with excellence and enthusiasm to have a positive impact on our clients and our teams, while leveraging your organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail to support senior leaders and ensure the smooth execution of operations.

Your job
  • Manage complex administrative functions including executive calendar management, meetings, conference calls, and business travel
  • Accurately process detailed expense reports and invoices through SAP Concur and Ariba
  • Collaborate with vendors and colleagues on donations, sponsorships, and special projects
  • Organize client events, lunches, and closing dinners
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Coordinate activities related to employee onboarding and offboarding

This position reports to the Director, Business Management - Corporate and Investment Banking. You’ll join a team of over 200 dynamic professionals working in a modern, open-concept environment that encourages collaboration and communication. Prerequirements
  • Completed post-secondary education and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (incl. SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
